Senior Product Manager - Synthetic Data

• →Own the long-term product vision, setting strategic direction for increasing the trust in Synthetic Data across GM, including scale synthetic data production (quality and volume) to define it as a first-class data source in the training workflow. 

• →Communicate very technically complex information in an easy-to-understand narrative to stakeholders across GM. 

• →Help drive a data-driven culture and establish and monitor key metrics to  
  measure the effectiveness of Synthetic Data, including: 

• →Establishing quality frameworks and "is this good enough?" criteria. 

• →Define and track KPIs that show the impact of synthetic data on model performance and program outcomes  

 
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) 

• →5+ years  product management experience. 

• →Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields 

• →Solid understanding of the latest Simulation platforms, ML orchestration infrastructure and validation workflows.  

• →Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward, even without a clear path. 

• →Strong sense of accountability and ownership 

• →Proven ability to balance tradeoffs between user needs and  
  expectations, technical requirements and constraints and business objectives. 

• →Demonstrated expertise in writing, with the ability to effectively balance and integrate vision, strategy, and technical details in a cohesive narrative.  

• An MBA or a master's Degree in a technical or engineering discipline 

• Experience working on Autonomous Vehicles, ML infrastructure, or large-scale simulation/testing. 

• Exposure to synthetic data generation, simulation, or domain adaptation for perception or behavior models.  

• Track record building trust with staff/principal engineers through transparent roadmaps and honest communication.
