We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Process Technician to join our Processing team and play a key role in supporting safe, reliable and efficient plant performance. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, developing others and helping build a positive, high performing team culture. • →Providing hands on leadership and support to the Process Shift Supervisor and Process Technicians
• →Promoting a strong safety culture and leading by example every day
• →Identifying opportunities to improve plant performance, safety, recovery and cost efficiency
• →Assisting with plant commissioning activities, optimisation projects and improvement initiatives
• →Supporting metallurgical performance and ensuring production targets are achieved
• →Mentoring and developing team members to build capability across the operation
• →Ensuring all activities are conducted in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner
• →Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

We're looking for a driven and authentic leader who naturally puts people first while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accountability and operational results. You'll be someone who enjoys coaching others, solving problems and creating a positive team environment where everyone can perform at their best.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in mineral processing including Gold
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Senior Process Technician or similar capacity
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Sound time management and organisational capabilities
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Pronto experience will be highly regarded
