  Strategic Operations & Lane Management

    Network Optimization: Develop and manage high-density OTR lanes to balance headhaul and backhaul freight, minimizing empty miles and improving network efficiency.

    Capacity Strategy: Build and maintain a core network of vetted, high-reliability carriers to support consistent service levels.

  • →

    Carrier Sourcing: Identify and onboard strategic carrier partners for high-volume and core lanes.

  • →

    Exception Management: Serve as the final escalation point for complex transit issues, including equipment breakdowns, weather-related disruptions, service failures, and freight claims.

  Regulatory & Safety Compliance

  • →

    Carrier Vetting: Ensure full compliance with FMCSA regulations and internal carrier qualification standards.

  • →

    Fraud Prevention: Implement and oversee advanced identity verification (IDV) and fraud-prevention processes to mitigate risks related to double-brokering and cargo theft.

Qualifications:

• →5–10+ years of experience in logistics or transportation, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role within a non-asset OTR brokerage environment.
• →Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• →Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• →Ability to work weekends as required based on business needs and workload.
• →Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.
