Junior Project Manager 2

Description
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who can effectively coordinate software delivery, support collaboration between teams and clients, and ensure projects move forward in a structured and predictable way.
This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on project management experience, understands software development processes, and is ready to take increasing ownership of project delivery while working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery leaders.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in IT project management or project coordination
• Strong understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience with Agile practices
• Ability to independently manage scope, timelines, and priorities
• Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
• Ability to lead both internal teams and client-side contributors
• Strong focus on proactive planning, forecasting, and risk management
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Understanding of system architecture basics, APIs, and delivery processes
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Responsibilities

• Project delivery from discovery through release
• Define scope, structure delivery plans, and ensure execution stays on track
• Lead collaboration between internal teams and client-side stakeholders
• Drive alignment, clarify expectations, and push decisions when needed
• Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and prevent delivery issues
• Control scope changes and maintain delivery predictability
• Establish and track key delivery metrics
• Ensure clear and consistent reporting to stakeholders
• Facilitate Agile processes and improve team efficiency
• Remove blockers and maintain steady delivery progress
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including estimations and solution discussions

• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Exposure to pre-sales or discovery activities
• Experience working with distributed or international teams
• Understanding of budgeting or resource planning basics
• Experience delivering projects with fixed scope or fixed-price models
• Technical background or previous experience in development, QA, or business analysis
