Lastly, with alignment and direction from the VP, this role leads the planning and execution of GUMC Advancement initiatives and special projects that are a strategic priority for GUMC. This work will include communicating project details, building and tracking against timelines, and raising challenges to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress is achieved.  A successful candidate possesses exceptional diplomatic skills, financial acumen, and the ability to operate in a high-stakes, confidential environment.
