Line Paint

Description

Help create the courts where athletes train, compete, and succeed. As a Line Painter, you will work on exciting custom sports flooring projects for schools, universities, recreation centers, and professional facilities across the country. This hands-on role is responsible for measuring, laying out, taping, and painting athletic court lines with precision and attention to detail, ensuring every finished product meets customer specifications and Gerflor's quality standards. 

• Measure, tape, and layout court markings according to specifications. 
• Paint athletic court lines accurately and consistently. 
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. 
• Safely move materials and finished products as needed. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and workflow. 
• Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service teams. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. 
• Manufacturing, painting, flooring, or related experience preferred.
