Responsibilities

→Complete assessments, design treatment plans, staff training, parent training, meet and collaborate with other professionals, conduct clinical meetings, provide first responder and other community member training.
→Provide our families with regular, interactive and lecture and hands on parent education (in 1:1 and monthly group structure).
→Provide interactive and lecture-based staff training, for teachers, paraprofessionals, and community members.
→Help others grow in their practice of ABA! Participate in daily and quarterly staff evaluation and performance feedback sessions. Supervision of BCBA and BCBA candidates, RBT's, and other staff.

Monday – Friday / 8:00AM– 3:30PM (and once a week until 4 for a team meeting)
