Product ManagementProduct Manager

About the Role

We are seeking exceptional hands-on Product Managers with 3–8 years of experience in owning B2B SaaS, AI, workflow automation, vertical SaaS, healthcare software, or technically complex products end to end. This is an exciting opportunity to drive product decisions and create impactful solutions that enhance customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will personally navigate the entire product development lifecycle, from identifying customer problems to delivering measurable outcomes. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a track record of shipping products that create significant changes in customer behavior and adoption, we want to hear from you!

Drive products from customer problem identification through product decision-making to detailed specifications and prototypes.

Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure successful product launches.

Write highly detailed engineering-ready specifications that cover edge cases, failure states, data constraints, integrations, and acceptance criteria.

Rapidly prototype using tools such as Figma, Claude, Lovable, or similar to visualize product features.

Read and interpret API documentation and reason about data models, integrations, OAuth, webhooks, and system constraints.

Conduct personal QA on delivered features and products to ensure they meet customer needs and quality standards.

Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, handle challenges, and make informed prioritization decisions.

Effectively push back on stakeholders, including founders and executives, with reasoned arguments to ensure product integrity and focus.

Close open feedback loops aggressively instead of allowing them to languish in a backlog.

Lead product initiatives in fast-moving startup environments, managing meaningful product areas with limited resources.

Explore opportunities for product improvement based on customer behavior, adoption rates, revenue, retention, and efficiency metrics.

3–8 years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or related fields.

Demonstrated ability to ship products from inception to market, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Proficiency in writing detailed specifications and QA processes.

Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Claude, or similar.

Technical fluency in reading API documentation and understanding system integrations.

Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and engage with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage customer relationships and feedback effectively.

Experience in fast-paced startups, particularly in roles with ownership of product areas.

Familiarity with AI agents, healthcare software, EHR/PMS/RCM, and related technologies is a strong plus.

Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills in product development contexts.

Ability to handle messy customer feedback and turn it into actionable insights.

Experience in AI and LLM product development.

Familiarity with scheduling, voice/telephony, and desktop/mobile products.

Prior experience in roles that required significant problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of customer success metrics and how to influence them.

Experience working with integrations and third-party tools.

Opportunity to work on cutting-edge products in a dynamic environment.

Remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth.

A collaborative and inclusive company culture that values innovation and creativity.

Competitive salary and benefits package.

Access to the latest tools and technologies to support your work.

Engaging team environment with supportive leadership.

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. If you are passionate about product management and ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply!
