As a student of the communications team here, you will be an active contributor to internal communications, logistics and planning.

Responsibilities

This paid internship with GE Vernova Communications provides valuable exposure to a full array of global communication skills, disciplines, and functions.

→Work closely with the team on-site in Greenville, SC to deliver tangible results across a spectrum of internal communications opportunities.
→Gain experience supporting external communication projects.
→Commit to a one-year tenure in this position.
→Work on-site at our manufacturing facility 2–3 days per week.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communications or Marketing
Strong writing skills

Minimum of 3.0/4.0 GPA (without rounding)
Proven experience in corporate or internal communications with a strong emphasis on long-form writing and storytelling
Willingness to attend site events to conduct on-site interviews, capture high-quality photography, and produce engaging written features
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in creative design and visual content creation and video editing (e.g., Canva)
Fundamental understanding of website management to support site updates and maintenance.

The pay range for this position is $300-500 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
