Drives manufacturing engineering initiatives by planning, executing, and optimizing production processes. Operates with autonomy to troubleshoot technical challenges, improve procedures, and ensure deliverables meet quality, volume, and schedule targets. Applies engineering expertise within established guidelines while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

→Understands manufacturing best practices and how the role's work integrates with upstream/downstream processes
→Applies technical judgment and analytical thinking to resolve complex, interdependent manufacturing issues — including proposing solutions beyond standard procedures when needed
→Collaborates across internal teams and leverages external resources/benchmarks to inform decisions
→Owns and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing cell

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and root-cause analysis ability
Experience planning, documenting, and executing improvement programs
Project management experience
PLC programming experience
Familiarity with Vision Systems and their deployment

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $152,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
