Manufacturing Team Member

• →Following all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures and safe working practices
• →Building, testing, and repairing products in line with manufacturing plans and quality standards
• →Carrying out assembly, inspection, and testing activities using approved procedures and documentation
• →Ensuring products meet required quality standards and standard operating instructions
• →Working efficiently within defined manufacturing processes to achieve production goals
• →Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying process improvements where possible
• →Performing routine workstation maintenance and supporting 5S audits
• →Contributing to productivity and operational KPIs
• →Supporting additional manufacturing duties across the facility as required
• →Working collaboratively as part of the wider manufacturing team

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Self-motivated with a positive and results-driven attitude
• Right to Work in the UK

• Experience working within an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment
• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and production targets
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
• Awareness of workplace safety and quality processes

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday: 7am to 3.30pm, and,
• Friday: 7am to 12pm
