Manufacturing Team Member – Production Assembly-2

• →Carrying out inspection and testing of electronic sub-assemblies in accordance with approved test procedures and company standards
• →Recording pass and fail results accurately on company databases and production systems
• →Operating Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), including any required manual interventions in accordance with test specifications
• →Performing basic fault-finding activities on failed sub-assemblies
• →Repairing and replacing faulty components where appropriate, or documenting failure reasons and escalating to the Quality team for further investigation
• →Using soldering and de-soldering equipment, electronic meters, and other specialist testing equipment safely and effectively
• →Working collaboratively with Manufacturing Team Members, Team Leaders, Engineers, and Quality personnel to resolve product and process issues
• →Demonstrating and explaining testing procedures to colleagues when required
• →Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality, and housekeeping within the work area
• →Supporting Lean manufacturing initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and departmental objectives

• Ability to work a rotating two-shift pattern
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-disciplined and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to investigate production faults
• Minimum O.N.C. qualification in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

• Experience using electronic test equipment within a manufacturing environment
• Experience fault-finding electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies
• Experience with soldering, de-soldering, and electronic measurement equipment

Full training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 to 3:15pm

 You may be required to work shifts, including day and noon shifts.
