Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience in recruitment, HR, or talent attraction.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, complex offer management, and stakeholder advisory.
• Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required for this role.
Nice to Have
~1 min read• Experience recruiting in field services, customer operations, renewable energy, or high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to build, segment, and nurture passive candidate pipelines using a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
• Experience working with Workday or a comparable ATS.
• Background in both corporate and agency recruiting environments.
• Demonstrated skill in prompt engineering — crafting precise, bias-aware instructions that produce high-quality outputs from AI sourcing and screening tools.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, influence outcomes through data, and ensure every candidate experience reflects the GE Vernova brand at its best.

Responsibilities
~1 min read• Source and engage talent — Deploy advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract both active and passive candidates, with a focus on building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Serve as a GE Vernova brand ambassador across social media and targeted talent channels.
• Screen and advise — Assess candidates for technical fit, cultural alignment, and leadership potential. Translate candidate motivation into a compelling career narrative that drives interest and conversion.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle — Manage end-to-end hiring processes across roles of varying complexity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data integrity for reporting.
• Influence with data — Leverage market intelligence and recruitment metrics — including source of hire, time to fill, and pipeline conversion — to provide actionable recommendations that optimize hiring strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
• Drive complex offer negotiations — Lead compensation discussions with candidates and provide guidance to people leaders on market benchmarks and offer strategy.
• Champion inclusion and continuous improvement — Ensure every recruitment process is equitable and candidate-centered. Apply Lean principles to identify process improvements, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and participate in TA projects that raise the bar for how we hire.
You are a seasoned recruiter who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every search. You are fluent in data, persuasive with stakeholders, and passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams.
For candidates in Canadian-based positions, the pay range for this role is $89,400 – $105,700 CAD annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, education, and skill set. This role also carries a 10% annual bonus potential.
