Procurement Specialist

• →End-to-End Purchasing: Manage the procurement cycle for assigned product categories, issuing purchase orders, negotiating commercial terms, and tracking deliveries to guarantee on-time fulfillment.
• →Contract Management & Negotiation: Partner with the Strategic Sourcing team to negotiate, draft, and finalize contract terms and conditions, securing optimal commercial conditions.
• →Compliance & Governance: Coordinate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all vendor agreements adhere strictly to internal company policies, industry standards, and relevant legal regulations.
• →Supplier Performance & Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with key suppliers. Continuously evaluate vendor performance, quality standards, and delivery reliability using structured metrics.
• →Reporting & Analytics: Generate, maintain, and analyze operational procurement reports on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supply risks.
• →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main procurement point of contact for internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Logistics, Quality) to align purchasing activities with business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree for candidates with a proven track record in procurement.
• Proven hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract management.
• Fluency in English and Italian in writing and speaking.
• Technical & Business Acumen: Solid understanding of core business processes, supply chain operations, and contract law basics.
• Negotiation & Analytics: Proven track record in supplier negotiation and strong data analysis skills to support decision-making.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams and external vendors.
• Organization & Detail: Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with sharp attention to detail in high-volume environments.
• Work Style: Comfortable working both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

A National Collective Bargaining Agreement (‘NCBA’ - Metalworking) is applicable in relation to the position. Below, we indicate the relevant provisions of the remuneration regulations applicable at the Employer. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:

Insurance policy provides for 6 times Gross Annual Salary in case of death  and 7 times Gross Annual Salary in case of permanent disability coverage

• Ore viaggio pagate al 100% + indennità straordinario.

  • in UE: €72,00;
  • extra UE: €78,00

• Travel hours paid at 100% + OT.
• Daily gross allowance for work outside the standard place:
  • in Italy: €40,00;

Straordinario diurno dal lunedì al venerdì

• Prime due ore: 25% per impiegati, 30% per operai non turnisti, 40% per operai turnisti
• Oltre due ore: 30% per impiegati, 50% per operai non turnisti, 45% per operai turnisti

Straordinario diurno sabato, domenica e festivi: 50% per le prime otto ore, 55% oltre le 8 ore

Straordinario notturno dal lunedì al venerdì:

• 50% per impiegati e operai non turnisti per lavoro straordinario dalle 20:00 alle 8:00
• 50% per operai turnisti per lavoro straordinario dalle 18:00 alle 6:00

Straordinario notturno sabato, domenica e festivi:

• Prime otto ore: 60% per impiegati, 55% per operai non turnisti, 60% per operai turnisti
• Oltre due ore: 75% per impiegati, 65% per operai non turnisti, 75% per operai turnisti

In caso di riposo compnesativo, si applicano le maggiorazioni previste dal CCNL

Daytime overtime Monday to Friday:

• First two hours: 25% for office staff, 30% for non-shift production workers, 40% for shift production workers
• Beyond two hours: 30% for office staff, 50% for non-shift production workers, 45% for shift production workers

Daytime overtime Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: First eight hours: 50%, Beyond eight hours: 55%

Night overtime Monday to Friday

• 50% for office staff and non-shift production workers for overtime worked between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM
• 50% for shift production workers for overtime worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM

Night overtime Saturday, Sunday and public holidays:

• First eight hours: 60% for office staff, 55% for non-shift production workers, 60% for shift production workers
• Beyond eight hours: 75% for office staff, 65% for non-shift production workers, 75% for shift production workers

In case of compensatory time off, the premiums provided for under the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) apply.
