Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Economics; or equivalent secondary/vocational education combined with experience in Procurement.
Based in our office in Budapest - Hungary, The EMEA Procurement Specialist will drive the execution of Purchase Orders with our suppliers for mechanical components. The role will entail close alignment with Engineering, Quality and Sourcing functions, as well as other key stakeholders, and will be focusing on Direct materials.
You'll manage dynamic priorities, necessitating minimal guidance, and emphasize effective communication with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and suppliers.

Keeps ERP updated with most recent and accurate forecast.

Ensures smooth supplier payment activities.

Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience

Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.

Resolves issues using established procedures and technical expertise.

Collaborates with Engineering and other stake holders to ensure Quality and On Time Delivery.

Lead discussions with suppliers during execution in case of claims, PO changes in coordination with the Project.

Education: Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or in a similar discipline
Language: French or German Language is an adder
Industry experience: in the Energy industry / Hydropower projects is a strong plus
Ability and ownership to drive improvements and change with tangible results.
Aptitude to work in a global environment and matrix organization.
A successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.
Hybrid - 2 office days/week - applicable upon Employer and People Leader permission.
