Project Supplier Performance & Quality Lead - HVDC Projects

Improve the quality of internal and external suppliers for HVDC projects.

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier quality performance.

Plan and schedule supplier audits, inspections, and surveillance activities.

Handle third parties for activities on site and in factories, including:

• Selection of third-party service providers with technical expertise needed.

• Definition of Request for Quotation (RfQ) packages.

• Creation of Purchase Requisitions.

• Budget Management and Cost Control.

• Reporting on third-party performance and compliance.

Proven experience in Supplier Quality Management, including planning and performing audits. Certified Auditor is preferred.

Experience in managing non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.

In-depth understanding of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and equipment procurement requirements.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in budget management and cost control related to supplier quality activities.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Proficient in maintaining and managing quality documentation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and third-party service providers.

Ability to provide training and guidance on quality requirements.
