Key Leadership role in GE Vernova’s Wind Services organization to drive operational excellence, strategic growth and financial processes for the ~$2B revenue business. This role will oversee Transactional Services Finance focusing on driving profitable growth with high quality execution. This position is a critical role in Wind Services with a focus on developing key finance talent and also driving operational capability improvements through cross functional leadership.

Responsibilities

→Partner with Wind Services Commercial Leader in developing and executing TX portfolio growth strategy across all regions.
→Drive operational process improvement to ensure high quality execution and delivery for our customers.
→Support accounting ops organization in financially managing TX portfolio. Focus on improving accuracy and timeliness of financial project reviews to enable operational billing entitlement and clean project completions/closeouts.
→Lead financial planning and estimating processes for TX with underlying focus on driving problem solving with commercial and ops teams.
→Manage a direct report fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, with a particular focus on upskilling, cross-training and automations.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance
Prior experience leading a team

Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Established project management skills

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $147,400.00 and $245,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
