What impact you’ll make
Own the outcome. As a Contract Performance Manager, you are the single point of contact responsible for the technical and operational success of our customer’s power generation assets and the financial performance of the contract. This role bridges the gaps between outage planning & execution, technical leadership, contract management, commercial strategy, and customer satisfaction; with the north star being safe, predictable and reliable operation of our customer’s assets. This role will grow your operational, technical, commercial and customer service skills.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associate's degree from a college or a High School Diploma / GED and
7 years of experience in a power generation industry) - Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power experience
- Passion for customer service
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Curiosity to understand how things work and desire to make things better
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead & collaborate cross functionally to deliver outcomes
- Experience working with customers and power plant leadership teams
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college
*This role requires frequent travel to customer site in Georgia.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
