Au sein du bureau d’étude de turbines à gaz à Belfort, et avec l’aide d’ingénieurs et d’experts, la/le stagiaire aura la charge de concevoir les systèmes auxiliaires des nouvelles centrales à gaz en cours de développement, dans le respect de nos priorités de « Sécurité », de « Qualité » et de « Durabilité ».

Notamment, pour les systèmes fluides, e.g. réseau de distribution de gaz naturel et hydrogène, air de purge et de refroidissement, lubrification, il s’agira de réaliser les schémas fluides, calculs de dimensionnement, simulation numérique (0D ou CFD) analyses de risques et de fiabilité (FMEA), ainsi que la sélection des composants mécaniques associés en collaboration avec les fournisseurs (vannes, canalisations, échangeurs de chaleur, pompes, ventilation…).

Liste des compétences recherchées :

  • Stage de fin d'études BAC +5 Ingénieur, Master 2, Mastère Spécialisé BAC +6
  • Génie mécanique, génie thermique/énergétique, génie des procédés
  • Motivation à travailler dans un cadre industriel, international et pluridisciplinaire
  • Expérience en simulation numérique
  • Autonomie, capacité d’adaptation
  • Créativité, force de proposition

  • Première expérience d'alternance ou stage en ingénierie au sein d'une entreprise, idéalement en bureau d'étude, dans un atelier ou sur chantier

Responsibilities

Within the Gas Turbine Engineering Design Office in Belfort, and with the support of engineers and experts, the intern will be responsible for designing the auxiliary systems of new gas-fired power plants currently under development, in compliance with our priorities of “Safety,” “Quality,” and “Sustainability.”

In particular, for fluid systems such as natural gas and hydrogen distribution networks, purge and cooling air, and lubrication systems, the intern will be responsible for:

  • →

    Developing fluid system diagrams

  • →

    Performing sizing and design calculations

  • →

    Conducting numerical simulations (0D or CFD)

  • →

    Carrying out risk and reliability analyses (FMEA)

  • →

    Selecting the associated mechanical components in collaboration with suppliers, including:

    • →

      Valves

    • →

      Piping

    • →

      Heat exchangers

    • →

      Pumps

    • →

      Ventilation systems

Requirements

  • Final-year BAC+5 engineering degree, Master 2, or BAC+6 Specialized Master’s degree
