- Calculate and maintain the monthly cost/hour rates for each product.
- Analyze the impact of overhead allocation on manufacturing and product costs.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of costing data used for MFG performance analysis.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate allocation of manufacturing manpower costs.
- Monitor and control manpower-related costs, including overtime, incentives, and other personnel expenses.
- Ensure manpower plans are implemented in line with overall production plan and resource requirements.
- Prepare and maintain manpower plans and related supporting forms and templates.
- Prepare and control the annual MFG budget in alignment with production requirements.
- Review and analyze monthly MFG expenses against the approved annual budget.
- Identify significant budget variances and provide the required analysis and explanations.
- Support management with accurate financial data for cost control and decision-making.
- Prepare and develop MFG incentive policies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Present proposed incentive policies and related financial impact to top management.
- Support the monthly performance review by providing accurate expenses and cost analysis.
Coordinate with HR and MFG teams to ensure proper implementation and monitoring of approved incentive plans.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce or a related field.
Special Certification or Training Required:
- Good knowledge for Egyptian working law & HR general procedures.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, budget & analysis for expenses.
- Required Industry Experience: 0-2 Years.
- Technological Requirements: Good Command of Microsoft Office.
