We have a great opportunity for a Mechanical Revit Modeler based in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including, concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating your knowledge of technical and design principles
- →Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
- →Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
- →Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model
- →3 year of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectation and preferably working in the consulting industry
- →Proficient in the drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection services using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
- →Experienced in various types of projects such as apartments (low, - mid-, and high-rise), commercial office buildings (shell & core, and fit out), hotels, shopping malls, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities
- →Proficient with Navisworks is preferred but not essential
- →Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and related tools
- →Proficient in the drawing production using Philippine and international design standards such as USA, UK, and UAE.
Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
This job offer can be based either in Makati, Cebu, or Quezon City, depending on your home base/location.
