GHD is a respected local and global leader in professional services, and we’re looking for a Proposal Specialist / Senior Proposal Specialist in Perth to collaborate with technical teams to develop high quality, compelling and compliant proposals across the five markets in which we operate – Energy & Resources, Environment, Property & Buildings, Transport and Water.

• Collaborating with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals.
• Driving proposal development and coordinating contributors to deliver high-quality submissions on time.
• Leading and facilitating bid workshops, reviews, and managing bid action plans.
• Highlighting the GHD difference and challenging bid teams to develop compelling proposals.
• Partnering with pursuit managers and technical leaders to translate pursuit strategies into compelling proposal responses.
• Working across the winning work lifecycle, from opportunity planning and capture through to proposal development and post-submission activities.
• Developing and implementing proposal best practice and continuous improvement initiatives.

• →5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional services, construction or property industries 
• →Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of professionals across an organization
• →Strong writing, editing and proposal management skills, with experience developing complex bids, tenders or proposals.
• →A proactive, organised and outcomes-oriented approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills with an ability to influence and negotiate.
• →Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Adobe Creative Suite also desirable
