Utility Lead - Transport

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Utility Services Lead to join our Transport team for NSW & ACT and lead the delivery of utilities for roads and other transport infrastructure projects across NSW and ACT.

With a strong pipeline of work and a growing portfolio of major infrastructure projects, you’ll play a key role in delivering outcomes that connect communities and support future growth.

You’ll bring together design management, project delivery and client relationship management to drive successful outcomes for our clients and communities.

• Leading utilities delivery (power, water, stormwater, gas, telecommunications) for roads and other transport infrastructure projects
• Acting as a trusted advisor and key client interface, building strong, enduring relationships.
• Providing technical leadership across project teams and transport design activities.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions, support project planning and commercial performance, and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Help further strengthen the capability of our high-performing team

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5 or more years in a Utilities delivery role or similar, along with proven experience delivering roads and transport utility projects within a consulting, contractor or client-side environment.
• Strong technical expertise and a thorough understanding of the transport project lifecycle.
• Strong commercial and project management skills.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading project teams and developing high-performing people.
• A genuine passion for mentoring and growing the capability of others.
