Responsibilities
~1 min read- →4+ years of experience in banking or finance industry in corporate credit, tax equity, project finance and/or renewable energy.
- →Ability to review, understand and interpret legal documentation of complex transactions and their impact on credit exposure.
- →Ability to work efficiently and productively on multiple transactions or tasks at one time.
- →Ability to independently lead diligence efforts, make approval recommendations, and execute timely funding.
- →Computer skills: proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Requirements
