• →5+ years of experience in cash logistics, armored transportation, ATM operations, Financial Center support, cash management or related operational functions.

• →Experience partnering with armored carriers, transportation vendors, ATM manufacturers, and service providers.
• →Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional conversion, implementation, or operational change initiatives.
• →Experience with influencing decision-making and drive results across multiple organizations without direct authority.
• →Strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• →Delivering executive-ready communications and drive operations excellence.
• →Manage multiple priorities and adjust focus based on business volume, risk, and operational needs.
• →Excellent communication skills
• →Manages time and understands prioritization with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and juggling competing deadlines

• Experience partnering with Internal and external stakeholders to coordinate operational changes, address service concerns and implement corrective action.
• Proficient in Excel including use of pivot tables and exporting data to other platforms
