Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Embodies EIT core skills: critical thinking, decisiveness, enterprise mindset, proactivity, project management, risk management, adaptability, collaboration, customer and client focus, effective written and verbal communication, and control rigor and discipline
- →Partner with business, risk, and control stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes, risks, controls, and performance outcomes.
- →Design and execute testing methodologies that evaluate process effectiveness, control performance, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- →Support the ongoing enhancement of testing methodologies, monitoring capabilities, and reporting frameworks.
- →Partner with data and technology teams to leverage automation and analytics capabilities where appropriate.
- →Contribute to enterprise initiatives focused on operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in fields including, but not limited to, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- 2 Years of relevant work experience
- Process analysis and business process improvement

Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience using data analytics tools to support testing and monitoring activities
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytical tools
- Experience supporting risk, audit, compliance, operations, or control functions within financial services
- Exposure to process automation or workflow improvement initiatives
