About the Role
~1 min readThis position offers experienced Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse the opportunity to provide comprehensive services to members of the military community in a collaborative outpatient environment. The LPN/ LVN will coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, community, and telephonic settings while supporting continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monday - Friday
- 0730 - 1630 (7:30am - 4:30pm)
- Primary Care, Women's Health, Mental Health
- Assess patient's conditions
- Vaccines and Immunizations
- Recognize adverse signs and symptoms
- Order Labs and X-rays

Requirements
~1 min read- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure/ LVN
- 1 year experience in a Primary Care Clinic.as an LVN within the last 24 months
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association or Military equivalence
