The Field & Channel Marketing Manager will join Gigamon’s Sales and Marketing team in India, supporting revenue growth, qualified pipeline generation, and partner engagement across the country. Based in Mumbai, this role will develop and execute integrated field and channel marketing programs in collaboration with India sales and channel leaders, regional marketing teams, partners, distributors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders. The manager will oversee programs from planning through execution, follow-up, and performance reporting, while managing budgets and ensuring alignment with APAC and global marketing priorities. This role reports to the VP, Global Field & Channel Marketing and requires occasional travel within India.

    Translate India sales and channel priorities into integrated field and channel marketing strategies and annual or quarterly plans.

    Own the end-to-end execution of approved marketing programs, including stakeholder alignment, planning, delivery, follow-up, and performance reporting.

    Partner with India sales and channel leaders to design programs that generate qualified pipeline and contribute to revenue through direct and partner-led activities.

  • →

    Collaborate with channel account managers, distributors, resellers, and technology partners to develop and execute demand-generation and channel-enablement programs.

  • →

    Plan and manage B2B industry events, executive engagements, campaigns, webinars, and other customer- and partner-facing activities.

  • →

    Coordinate agencies, timelines, logistics, communications, and success measures for marketing programs.

  • →

    Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, partner marketing, communications, and enablement channels.

  • →

    Manage allocated marketing investments and program budgets, including forecasting, spend management, budget reconciliation, compliance, purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and program documentation.

    Track program performance using agreed metrics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems; provide timely insights and recommendations to India and APAC sales and marketing leadership.

    Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to optimize future programs, improve pipeline contribution, and strengthen partner engagement.

    Support APAC-wide programs and campaigns in India as required.

  • →

    Earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • →

    Built 6–10 years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or integrated B2B technology marketing.

    Planned and executed B2B industry events and partner-led demand-generation programs from the ground up, delivering against defined goals and budgets.

  • →

    Developed strong relationships with distributors, resellers, value-added distributors, and technology partners within the India market.

  • →

    Managed agencies, vendors, timelines, logistics, communications, and other executional requirements for marketing programs.

  • →

    Executed digital marketing programs directly or through partners to increase awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline across India.

  • →

    Translated sales and marketing objectives into clear strategies, actionable tactics, measurable success criteria, and execution plans.

  • →

    Monitored and evaluated marketing programs, events, and campaigns using marketing automation and CRM systems.

  • →

    Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.

  • →

    Familiarity with Folloze, Workfront, Monday.com, and 6sense is an advantage, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • →

    Gained experience marketing network security, cybersecurity, observability, or related technology solutions.

  • →

    Developed knowledge of the India technology partner and channel ecosystem.

  • →

    Worked effectively in a global organization and collaborated with regional and worldwide marketing teams.

  • A results-oriented marketer who connects field and channel programs to measurable pipeline, revenue, and partner outcomes.

  • A strategic and practical thinker who can translate business priorities into focused, executable marketing plans.

  • An organized project manager who can manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, agencies, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented, particularly in budget management, marketing operations, and program administration.

  • Willing and able to travel within India as required.
