We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Merchandising Coordinator to support merchandising execution across multiple retail locations throughout the Boston area. This role will partner closely with store managers and store teams to ensure consistent brand presentation, execute established merchandising strategies, and support sales performance across assigned locations. The ideal candidate brings strong retail and visual merchandising experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while regularly traveling between stores.

 

Responsibilities

  • →Implement regional merchandising strategies in alignment with brand guidelines to ensure consistent presentation across assigned retail locations.
  • →Partner with store managers and store teams to execute merchandising initiatives and maintain established brand standards.
  • →Conduct regular store visits to execute and evaluate merchandising standards, provide guidance and training, and ensure adherence to retail procedures.
  • →Support visual merchandising execution, including product placement, planograms, displays, and seasonal floor updates.
  • →Analyze sales data, retail math, and store performance to identify opportunities to improve merchandising execution and drive sales.
  • →Monitor retail sales performance metrics and use business insights to support merchandising decisions.
  • →Manage project timelines to ensure display updates, seasonal changes, and merchandising initiatives are completed according to established deadlines.
  • →Communicate across stores and regional teams to share best practices, merchandising opportunities, and successful execution strategies.
  • →Partner with store teams to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through effective product presentation and merchandising.
  • →Maintain strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple stores, projects, and seasonal priorities.
  • →Support merchandising initiatives and additional regional retail projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, fashion retail, or a related field required.
  • Experience working within department stores, specialty retail, or fashion retail preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations, visual merchandising standards, and planograms.
  • Knowledge of retail math and the ability to analyze sales and performance data.
  • Experience working with retail sales performance metrics and customer service standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with store and regional teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between retail locations throughout the Boston metropolitan area.
