Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to a patient in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity with consistent hours available. The caregiver will provide care in accordance with the physician-established plan of care and help support the patient’s comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

→Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.

→Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.

→Light housekeeping

→Meal preparation

→Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.

→Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.

→Maintain records and documentation of services.

→Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.

→Ability to monitor vital signs

→Dependable transportation
