Glaz-Tech is looking to fill the position of a Shipping/Receiving Handler. We are looking for a responsible, adaptable and self–driven individual looking to grow in the manufacturing industry. The job functions include handling, packaging and loading/unloading glass panes that will be produced into dual pane windows, shower doors, table tops, mirrors, etc.

• →Manage all receiving and loading operations, including scheduling of deliveries, unloading/loading of vehicles and maintaining route organization.
• →Ensure that all incoming shipments are accurately and promptly processed
• →Monitor route efficiency with emphasis on load value, route length, and frequency
• →Supervise and train receiving and loading staff
• →Monitor the accuracy of all receiving and shipping records, including inventory and stock levels
• →Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
• →Identify and resolve receiving, shipping, and inventory discrepancies
• →Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate operations
• →Oversight of vehicles maintaining proper documentation and preventative maintenance schedules
• →Develop and implement strategies to optimize receiving processes

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
