Job Description
Gleim is looking for an Associate Marketing Brand Manager who will work to help support the company's overall strategy and goals for our market-leading e-learning products. This role will work closely with IT, sales, marketing, and support to help ensure timely delivery of key projects. To be successful, the candidate will need to be flexible, execute on projects thoroughly, and be self-motivated.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, self-motivated, and be able to work across departments.
Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to the following)
- Support in the creation of strategic decision proposals based on market position.
- Assist in the development of sales tools, product collateral, product inserts, manuals and other forms of marketing collateral.
- Represent the brand by working with associations and attending conferences to gain insight on product performance and customer needs and grow the business.
- Collecting feedback through evaluations, study groups, and social listening to identify pain points and strengths.
- Assist in the continued development and execution of integrated product launch plans and drive business by actively managing pre- and post-launch activities and analysis.
- Assist sales team with product line inquiries.
- Perform a variety of research projects ranging from competitor analysis, affiliate tracking, and identifying contacts for potential partners.
- Produce deliverables that may require copywriting.
- Analyze data, identify ways to improve, and develop a plan to execute.
Qualifications:
- Business Degree, Marketing Degree, Communications Degree, English Degree, or other comparable degree.
- Experience in sales, customer service, and/or marketing a plus, but not a requirement.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Fast learner and resourceful.
- Strong, individual work-ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment.
- High energy, up-beat, ambitious, with a proactive attitude and the confidence necessary to achieve goals is necessary for success in this position.
