- →Meal Assistance: Help serve meals at mealtimes and snacks as needed.
- →Activities Program Participation: Engage in and support the facility’s Activities Program to enhance residents' quality of life.
- →Ongoing Training: Attend monthly and quarterly in-services provided by the facility, totaling one hour per month and twelve hours per year.
- →Certifications: Maintain current CPR and First Aid training.
- Align performance with the facility’s Program Design.
- Complete specialized training for working with these residents.
- Achieve goals outlined in each resident's Individual Program Plan (IPP).
- Maintain detailed progress notes to track accomplishments of IPP objectives.
- Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Negative TB Test and Health Screening
- In-person work location at Glen Park at Ojai: 225 N Lomita Ave, Ojai, CA 93023
