Bartender

Glenwild is a private, member owned club at Kimball Junction in Park City, just 25 minutes from Salt Lake City, and home to the top ranked golf course in Utah. Our clubhouse bar serves members year round, and we're adding a professional bartender to an experienced team.

You'll work a back bar of more than 200 spirits and a cellar of more than 550 wines, and you'll have room to bring ideas to our cocktail program. Members here come back every week. The best bartenders know their names, their drinks, and what to suggest next.

• →Mix, garnish and serve drinks for members at the Main Bar and in the Main Dining Room, following Utah DABS standards
• →Keep the bar stocked, clean and set to Glenwild standards every shift
• →Maintain an attractive back bar display; wash and polish stemware
• →Learn members' names and preferences and use them

• Prior bartending experience, ideally in fine dining, a private club or a hotel
• Working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer, and the classic cocktail recipes
• Comfort with Jonas POS system/club software
• Strong communication, and composure in all service levels with a genuine service mindset

• Full-time year round, full time seasonal, and part time positions available
• Regular service Thursday through Sunday, including evenings and holidays
• Additional private event shifts available Monday through Wednesday
• Pay: $17 per hour plus service charge distribution

• 21 or older
• Utah alcohol server certificate and food handler permit, or the ability to obtain both before your first shift
• Professional appearance and adherence to our dress code
• Reliable transportation to Kimball Junction
