The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation to support AHF programs, staff, and partners. Working under the guidance of the Operations Officer and in coordination with program teams, the Driver ensures vehicles are properly maintained, adheres to road safety standards, and facilitates efficient movement for program activities, outreach, and operational support.

The Driver contributes to AHF’s mission by enabling smooth logistical operations, ensuring staff and materials reach their destinations safely, and supporting the implementation of HIV prevention, testing, and treatment programs. Through professionalism, reliability, and adaptability, the Driver enhances program efficiency, strengthens team performance, and upholds AHF’s reputation for excellence in operational support.

This position is critical to facilitating safe and efficient movement of staff, medical supplies, laboratory samples, and program materials between sites, which directly supports continuity of care and adherence to national and organizational service standards.

• Must have an O ’level Certificate
• Must have a clean driving license.
• Minimum of at least 5 years’ experience in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Good in spoken and written English and Swahili
• Must be of unquestionable integrity and upholds ethical business practices
