Partner with Finance, Shared Services, IT, Audit, and business process owners supporting O2C, P2P, R2R, PTC, OTL, and Planview AdaptiveWork processes

Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and support Oracle BI Publisher reports, bursting solutions, and document templates
→Develop and maintain OTBI analyses, dashboards, and operational reporting solutions
→Build and support inbound and outbound interfaces between Oracle Fusion and enterprise applications and develop data extracts, file transfers, conversion programs, and data migration solutions
→Support integrations using enterprise middleware, APIs, web services, scheduled jobs, and batch processing tools
→Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
→Troubleshoot production issues involving reports, extracts, interfaces, integrations, and data quality
→Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing activities
→Develop reporting and integration solutions supporting O2C, P2P, R2R, PTC, OTL, and related.
→Support data governance, security, audit, and compliance requirements
→Drive automation opportunities and eliminate manual processes through technology solutions
→Create and maintain technical specifications, support documentation, and knowledge articles

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
5+ years of Oracle ERP technical experience
Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures and financial business processes
Experience developing BI Publisher reports, data models, and templates
Experience developing OTBI reporting solutions and dashboards
Experience supporting data extracts, file-based integrations, APIs, and web services
Strong SQL development, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills
Experience working with global business and shared services teams
Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused and collaborative
Ability to balance production support, projects, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Oracle Fusion technical certifications
Experience supporting multinational organizations
Experience supporting Finance, Shared Services, and global ERP platforms
Knowledge of SOX controls, audit requirements, and financial systems compliance
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI capabilities and AI-driven automation solutions
Exposure to Oracle AI Agents, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI platforms
Oracle AI Foundations or similar certification a plus
