R&D Digital Platforms Manager

Leverage advanced modeling and simulation initiatives to drive innovation, packaging performance, and business value across global R&D programs. Serve as a technical subject matter expert in FEA, DEM, and emerging simulation technologies, providing strategic direction, mentoring juniors, and influencing digital transformation through simulation, AI/ML, and data-driven engineering solution

• Lead complex, high-impact modeling and simulation programs supporting global packaging and product innovation initiatives. • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for FEA, DEM, and multi-physics simulation methodologies, establishing best practices and technical standards across R&D. ,• Develop and implement simulation strategies that accelerate product development, reduce physical testing, and improve business decision-making. • Drive adoption of advanced digital engineering technologies, including AI/ML-enabled modeling workflows, automation, and digital twin capabilities. ,• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to simulation engineers, guiding model development, validation approaches, and problem-solving methodologies. • Collaborate with senior R&D leaders, packaging teams, suppliers, universities, and software partners to define future simulation capabilities and technology roadmaps. • Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of new simulation software, ,• Translate complex simulation results into actionable business insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Drive knowledge management, capability-building programs, technical trainings, and communities of practice across global teams. • Influence R&D strategy through thought leadership, external collaborations, publications, conference participation, and benchma

• 7+ years (B.Tech) or 4+ years (M.Tech/MS/PhD) in advanced simulation and digital engineering. 
• Recognized expertise in FEA/DEM and multiphysics modeling. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and global projects. 
• Experience influencing technical strategy and technology roadmaps. 
• Strong mentoring, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills. 
• Experience integrating AI/ML, automation, or digital engineering solutions into simulation workflows
