Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

Internship or professional experience in logistics, route planning, supply chain, operations, or data analysis.
Exposure to route optimization tools, Territory Planner, databases, or other analytical platforms.
Experience preparing reports and tracking performance indicators.

Experience with Territory Planner is an advantage, but candidates with strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new technologies are encouraged to apply.
