• Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, industrial management, or related field; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Understands how to interpret blueprints, specifications, and associated flow down

• →Creating the sourcing strategy and coordinating source selection alignment Proactively tracks and manages supplier work in process (WIP), identifies risks to planned delivery, and maintains promise dating
• →Maintain purchase orders including but not limited to technical definition changes, supplier exceptions, pricing and delivery.
• →Use minimum requirements standard work as a competitive advantage
• →Evaluating Technology and Manufacturing Readiness Levels (TRL & MRL) for efforts
  Coordinate resolution of quality issues, QN’s, and RCCA for supplier quality escapes
• →Identify and manage supplier risks to program industrial plans
