Collins Aerospace est actuellement à la recherche d'un Assembleur pour son unité d'intégration de nacelle série C (A220) à Mirabel.  

• Veuillez noter que, conformément à la convention collective (CBA) du syndicat, ce poste pourrait passer à un horaire de l’après‑midi avec des heures de travail de 14:30 – 23:30

·       Effectuer des installations électriques, hydrauliques et mécaniques des composantes de moteur d'avions. Cela comprend l'installation et l’enlèvement de composantes de moteur. Vérifier la connectivité et la fonctionnalité des composantes.

·       Effectuer des ajustements, couple de serrage et sceller les systèmes d’aéronefs.

·       Lire et interpréter les schémas d'assemblage mécaniques.

·       Toute autre tâche assignée.

·       Nécessite un diplôme d'études collégiales en techniques de maintenance d’aéronefs ou DEP en montage mécanique, ou équivalent.

·       Doit être bilingue; capable de lire et écrire en français et anglais.

Ce poste nécessite de communiquer oralement et par écrit avec les équipes d'ingénierie et du client situés aux États-Unis.  À la suite d’une analyse, nous avons déterminé que les tâches liées au poste d’ingénieur de production nécessitent la connaissance de l’anglais (verbale et écrite). Nous avons également déterminé que la connaissance de l’anglais déjà exigée des autres employés ne permet pas l’exécution des tâches en raison de sa nature hautement technique. Cependant, Collins Aerospace restreint le plus possible le nombre de postes pour lesquels elle exige la connaissance d’une autre langue que le français. Collins Aerospace n’exige la maîtrise de l'anglais que lorsque cela est nécessaire à l’exécution des tâches d’un employé.

·       Typically requires; Diploma in aircraft maintenance technology, or DEP in aircraft mechanical assembly, or equivalent.

·       Must be bilingual, able to read and write in English and French.

This position requires communicating orally and in writing with engineering teams and customers located in the United States. Following an analysis, we have determined that the tasks related to the position of production engineer require knowledge of English (verbal and written). We have also determined that the knowledge of English already required of other employees does not allow the performance of the tasks due to its highly technical nature. However, Collins Aerospace restricts as much as possible the number of positions for which it requires knowledge of a language other than French. Collins Aerospace only requires proficiency in English when necessary to perform an employee's job duties.

Collins Aerospace is currently looking for an Assembler for its C-Series (A220) nacelle integration unit in Mirabel Quebec

·       Please Note: due to the union CBA, this role may move to an afternoon shift with the hours of 14:30 – 23:30

·       Perform electrical, hydraulic and mechanical assembly of aircraft engine components including fan cowls, thrust reversers and inlets. This includes installing and removing components from engines.

·       Testing component connectivity and functionality, rigging, torquing and sealing aircraft systems.

·       Read and interpret assembly drawings.

·       Any other duties as assigned
