HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) with a minimum of 1-year of relevant experience

Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations in Arlington, TX is seeking a Production Generalist to support our aero‑engine and Industrial Gas Turbine airfoil refurbishment operations. We offer a dynamic work environment and are looking for motivated individuals who embrace continuous improvement and new ideas. This position is available on first shift (5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.).

→Perform surface preparation and repair tasks on turbine airfoil components, including grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine operations.
→Support the development and training of team members.
→Carry out assigned duties to enhance individual capability and team performance.
→Perform additional tasks as needed to support facility operations.
→Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
→Maintain positive working relationships across the team.
→Complete all work with a strong focus on safety.
