Requirements
~1 min read- Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) and 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including 5+ years of legal experience at a law firm including experience with commercial transactions, M&A, or strong litigation experience resolving commercial disputes
- Good standing with a state bar association and in-house counsel registration in a timely manner following hire
- U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a solid executive presence
- Must be a strong leader and team player with excellent judgment and professional maturity
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and provide guidance and practical solutions to cross-functional projects effectively and on time
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal daily supervision and to balance numerous priorities within compressed timeframes
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, in a fast-paced environment of rapidly changing demands
