Responsibilities

Attend engine pre-induction meeting for scheduled engines shop visits.

Draft engine teardown work scopes based on pre-induction assessments.
- →
Attend to engine teardown and perform dirty inspection review together with operation team.
- →
Document engine parts conditions and upload findings to the server.
- →
Draft & reviews teardown reports with Technical Service Engineer (TSE).
- →
Verify and resolve technical issues with TSE.
- →
Assist in engineering driven improvement projects.
- →
Liaise with vendors and contractors on equipment upgrade and modification, when necessary.

Perform any related duties as direct by the supervisor.
Requirements
~1 min readDiploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul business.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Experience in root cause analysis and technical problem-solving.
Able to interpret and draft technical reports.
Effective communicator with strong technical writing and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiar with Engine MRO repair processes.
Possess a good track record in continuous improvement project.
