Requirements
~1 min read- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience with program management tools
- Experience with factory or production tools (E.g. PRISM/SAP, Kinaxis, or PEARLS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-through skills
- Operations and/or Global Supply Chain experience
- Familiarity with Patriot programs or related production environments

The Patriot BMC4I Integrated Product Team is seeking a Production Support team member to join the Product Line Execution organization. You will provide day-to-day support to Production and Sustainment Leads, helping ensure build readiness, issue resolution, and on-time execution across multiple functional groups.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform Line-of-Balance tracking, report gaps, and drive associated actions
- →Lead internal meetings such as LOB, status resolution, production priorities, etc.
- →Maintain visibility on daily execution needs and communicate risks or required help
- →Write, coordinate, and release Special Instruction Variances (SIVs)
- →Track Configuration Notices (CNs) and ensure timely progression to support continued production
- →Support quality issue investigation, tracking, and closure
- →Assist in coordinating functional groups to resolve production or sustainment barriers
- →Support core control room activities and provide clear status updates to leadership
