Responsibilities

    A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years' prior experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, program/project management, supply chain or related environment or a Master's Degree and minimum 10 years prior experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, program/project management, supply chain or related environment

    Prior experience in a lead/supervisory capacity over both hourly and salaried employees in an operations setting.

    Prior experience working in a constantly fluctuating, customer focused environment while successfully driving and delivering results
