• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) with less than 1 year of relevant experience

• →Essential Functions under direct training/supervision guidance·
• →Prepare samples and perform analysis on a wide variety of materials where methods and techniques have been established·
• →Perform instrument set up and calibration·
• →Organize, report and maintain records of analysis·
• →Enter test results into various databases·
• →Perform continuous improvement initiatives·
• →Adhere to CORE guidelines and perform CORE duties as required·
• →Adhere to all EH & S guidelines, including wearing of required personal protective equipment·
• →Demonstrated ability to escalate questions/concerns for issues that are not routine or clearly defined·
• →Demonstrated ability to execute to work instructions on completion of routine tasks·
• →May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one’s skills
• →7th Shift: Mon–Thurs | 2 PM–12 AM | 4x10

• Must have a strong attendance record
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift
• Must have good mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to wear a respirator
• The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
