Contracts Co-op (Spring/Summer 2027)

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business, Law  and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.

**Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

This Spring/Summer Co-op role will support the Electric Power Systems (EPS) Contracts and Business Management team.  In this role, you will work with the EPS Contracts team in a hands-on, collaborative environment.  The successful candidate will support the Contract Administrators in Project Management Teams, in a cross-function work environment, coordinating with the customer product teams while adhering to and complying with Standard Work processes.

• →Maintaining and organizing Contracts Artifacts

• →Compiling Audit documentation requests

• →Interpreting & Managing contract documents

• →Ensuring adherence to Import / Export Compliance Requirements

• →Preparing and participating in the review of terms and conditions of customer agreements

• →Working with cross functional teams 
• →Exposure to Customer contract support
• →Exposure to Contracts Lifecycle 
• →Leading small projects
