The Facilities – Custodial Supervisor Team Lead 1 will be responsible for daily oversight of custodial services and custodial personnel. Employees in this job class perform a variety of functions to ensure facilities are clean and free of safety hazards. This job requires knowledge of custodial practices, custodial equipment, customer service techniques, computers, training, coaching, scheduling and the ability to organize and manage multiple projects plus strong knowledge of custodial best practices, safety rules, regulations and procedures as well as a strong knowledge and/or experience gained in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

→Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in maintenance and a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering Business Administration, Management, or related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
→1+ years’ Custodial best practices, safety rules, regulations and procedures.
→1+ years methods, materials, chemicals, disinfectants, and equipment used in cleaning offices and buildings,
→The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

This is an onsite role qualified candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the Tucson AZ facility.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
