• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant financial experience, or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience planning and managing daily tasks, analyzing financial data, preparing results, and recommending solutions to management.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial analysis, documentation, reporting, and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience using SAP financial systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and lead teams to success.
• Strong ability to self-manage / prioritize workload.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, synthesize, and distribute information through various lenses for decision making.
• Ability to perform independently and in team environments.

The Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking an FP&A Inventory Analyst to support inventory financial management. RVS is a product area within the Space, Imaging & Microelectronics (SIM) Strategic Business Unit (SSBU), which is part of the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of Raytheon.

• →Support financial activities related to RVS inventory accounts.
• →Coordinate with Accounting and functional managers to support compliance with inventory account requirements.
• →Apply accounting principles to inventory financial management activities.
• →Manage RVS inventory accounts, including monitoring account balances, performing monthly and quarterly liquidation activities, and preparing business cases for additional material purchases.
• →Provide support to the RVS FP&A team on ad hoc assignments.
