The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to the Advanced Structures Aftermarket organization, aligning workforce strategies with business priorities and supporting leaders through organizational change, talent initiatives, and capability-building. This role partners closely with executives and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to drive the talent agenda, strengthen organizational and leadership capability, and ensure high-performing teams.
